THE MOST VALUABLE HUMAN RESOURCE:
The singularly largest, and yet
for the most part, virtually untapped human resource that has ever existed in
the world is in the form of the limitless supply of good ideas IN EVERY REALM
IMAGINABLE(including the possible solutions to most of the problems facing our
society today)that exists in the hearts, minds and imaginations of hundreds of
millions of people around the world. Unfortunately, most of these people,
through absolutely no fault of their own have LEGITIMATE REASONS, running the
entire gamut of the human 'condition', that may hinder any entrepreneurial
aspirations that they may have had in regard to doing anything positive with
their ideas.
These LEGITIMATE REASONS range from physical, mental, psychological &/or
psysiological concerns, to a vast array of of possible social, racial,
religious, educational, &/or environmental ones. Other of these people,
aside from possibly not having the time, money or education, may lack other
skills, abilities, traits, talents, attributes or other characteristics that it
would take to be successful with their ideas. Lastly, some of them may have been
born with &/or are being forced to face, encounter, endure or live with any
number of other possible negative situations, circumstances or obstacles that
may inhibit them from doing anything positive with their
'ideas'.
Tragically then, these people have no recourse but to simply continue to live out their
daily lives while the relentless march of time slowly but surely erases these
potentially good ideas from their memories, until eventually all of the hopes,
dreams and aspirations that they may have had in their regard finally wither
away and die, possibly lost for all time, along with all of the money that they
could have made for investors and all of the good that they may have done for
mankind.......
ON THE OTHER END OF THE SPECTRUM:
There are tens of millions of people who, although they might not be able to come up with a good idea for
anything if their life depended on it, collectively among them, have every
skill, ability, trait, talent, attribute, characteristic or any other kind of
expertise that it would take to bring to successful fruition any kind of an idea
that anyone could come up with in any realm of human existence whatsoever!!!!
If the proper 'venues' were put in place to join these two groups together to work
in cooperation with each other, never again would a good idea in any realm of
human existence have to fall by the wayside, and for the first time in human
history man will have at his disposal exactly what he needs to help him reach
the pinnacle of human/societal evolution/developement!!!!!
Because the basic concept/premise of the above referenced truth is so important I want it to be
viewed in a few different perspectives, so I am including the following views
which are extremely redundant in their main 'theme', so please forgive
that:
The greatest human resource that’s ever existed and is in the form of the limitless supply of
GOOD IDEAS IN EVERY REALM IMAGINEABLE (which includes the potential solutions to
almost every problem facing society today) that exists in the hearts, minds, and
imaginations of multiplied millions of people all over the world - most of whom,
FOR A HOST OF LEGITIMATE REASONS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL, are unable to do anything
with them
Unfortunately, despite the fact that the having or not having of any or all of these legitimate ‘excuses’/
reasons has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL to do with the potential value / worth of
whatever it is that these people have to give / offer the world, many a good
idea in all areas of human endeavor, AS WELL AS, the possible / potential
solution to many of the problems gracing society today, will never ever see the
light of day, let alone have any reasonable chance at success, simply because
the proper ‘nurturing’ venues were never put in place to help facilitate these
people in their heartfelt endeavors / aspirations not only to seek out the
‘American Dream’, but also, at the same time, to try and advance society even
closer to that elusive goal of reaching the absolute pinnacle of societal
evolution / perfection.

In a perfect world those people with ‘ideas’ for something would also have all of the necessary qualities
/ attributes / expertise to make their ‘ideas’ a success, and conversely, those
people with the qualities / attributes / expertise to make a success out of any
kind of an ‘idea’ would also be able to come up with the ‘ideas’ that they need
to be able to make a success out of. Unfortunately, this is not a perfect world
and never will be.
Having said the above, there are literally millions of people out there who have potentially good
‘ideas’ for promising new products / services / businesses in every realm of
human endeavor but PERSONALLY lack the qualities / attributes / expertise to
make them a success. On the other end of the spectrum, there is vast pool of
eager, hungry ‘entrepreneurs’ out there, who, although they might not be able to
come up with a good ‘idea’ for anything if their life depended on it, do have,
collectively among them, every skill, trait, ability, talent, attribute
characteristic or other expertise that it would take to bring to successful
fruition any kind of an ‘idea’ that anyone could possibly come up with in any
realm of human endeavor whatsoever.
If the necessary time & effort were taken to somehow get these two diverse groups of people to work
together for their common welfare you would then have the basis for the perfect
‘venue’ to provide every funded promising new business venture THE ABSOLUTE BEST
CHANCE IN THE WORLD TO HAVE EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME
SUCCESSFUL!!!
This ‘venue’ would now make it possible to make some concessions in the ’unwritten law’ among investors
which requires that, in order to get funded, the founders of a proposed new
business venture must PERSONALLY have the necessary expertise to make it a
success. Now, rather than possibly compromising a funded venture’s chances for
success by letting its ‘founders’, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE ITS ‘FOUNDERS’, be in
charge of it (unless, of course, they are fully qualified to do so), you would
now be able to do the much more sensible thing of assembling a hand-picked,
'tailor- made'management team for that venture who have all of the EXACT qualifications that you need (and in the exact degree of expertise required) in order to give that venture THE ABSOLUTE BEST
CHANCE IN THE WORLD TO HAVE EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME
SUCCESSFUL!!!
Another added benefit, which is now denied them, would be available to those who invest in promising
new business ventures if they used this ‘venue’, in that a whole new world of
investment possibilities would now be open to them by not now having to limit
their search for promising new business ventures to only those whose founders
must PERSONALLY have the necessary expertise to make them a success!!!

Unless you believe that the ‘founders’ of proposed
new business venture are the only ones on Earth uniquely qualified to lead it to
successful fruition then it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever to pass up a
promising new business venture simply because it’s ‘founders’ (the ones
who originally thought it up) may not be qualified to make it a success, which
would then make it necessary at times to ask the ‘founders’ to step aside and relinquish part (or
perhaps even all) of the leadership role in making the venture a success, AS IT
MAKES NO SENSE TO LET AN UNQUALIFIED PERSON BE IN A LEADERSHIP ROLE simply
because they are the ‘founder’ of it.
In a perfect world of new
business ventures, those people who had the ideas for promising new ones would
also have all of the entrepreneurial traits, qualifications and expertise
necessary to make them a success, and on the other end those who have all the
traits, qualifications and entrepreneurial expertise to build successful
businesses would also have plenty of ideas for them. Unfortunately, this is not
a perfect world and there are hundreds of thousands of people out there with
great ideas for promising new business ventures but don’t have what it takes to make them a
success. On the other end of the spectrum, there are hundreds of thousands of
people out there who collectively among them have everything that is needed in
entrepreneurial expertise to make a success out of any proposed business venture
but just can’t seem to come up with the premise for any promising ones on their own if their life depended on
it.Now it doesn’t take a ‘rocket scientist’ to see that if you somehow combined these two groups together that
you would have in them EVERYTHING that even the most ‘picky’ investor would want overseeing his investment!!!!
